Hatch-A-Wikimedian is a short course program of the Wiki Advocates Philippines User Group that aims to develop volunteer Wikimedian to take on the role of a leader, either on-wiki as an administrator of wikiprojects or campaign organizers who would host local implementation of global campaigns or create edit-a-thons based on the specific needs of a local wiki project.
